Testosterone for Men: What You Need to Master before Prescribing Testosterone (Part 1)
Dr. Rouzier during this webinar will discuss his most recent testosterone law suitcases and how practitioners need to be prepared when prescribing Testosterone. He will do a literature review of the RCT studies that supports the benefits of Testosterone and how to refute the weak negative studies on testosterone replacement. During this series, he will teach and prepare clinicians about practicing defensive medicine.
Objectives
Upon completion of this workshop, the healthcare professional will be able to:
- Identify pertinent research studies that need to be shared with patients and placed in their charts.
- Describe how to practice defensive medicine before testosterone is even prescribed.
- Discuss how to refute weak negative studies against testosterone replacement.
- Explain recent cases of concern to address issues BHRT clinicians must be aware of, in order to protect themselves.
