I get too many emails from Connect, how can I turn them off?

In the blue Members Menu on the left hand side of Connect is the Account Settings Icon wheel. Click into your account settings, then into email preferences. From there you can manage all emails you would like to receive.

I tried to look at an online course but I received an error message?

Online courses are only available to those who have purchased the course or a Silver or Gold membership. You are able to purchase those items directly from that error screen or you can navigate to our main site to view the online course catalog.

What do Gold & Silver Members get access to?

All Gold and Silver members should have access to all 1 hour online course content, journal clubs, EBSCO host links, and more. If any of these features are not working for you please email us at information@worldlinkmedical.com.

I received a Bronze membership, what does that mean?

Bronze members get access to our forum where they can post questions, get advice from our board members, and develop deeper connections with the community. We also give priority access to free content to Bronze members, and special offers. Bronze membership is given to every individual who has attended a Part I training course. If you have done so, and do not have access to post in our forum please email information@worldlinkmedical.com.

I received a Free membership, what does that mean?

We want everyone to have access to meaningful content and a community of their peers so we opened a truly free membership tier to allow access into Connect. Free members have no access to our Forum area as we reserve this area for those who have the baseline knowledge acquired in our BHRT Part I course.

Community Guidelines

We expect Connect to be a safe and welcoming community for all community members. This is a platform designed to promote education, networking, and sense of community among those driven by creating well-care for patients. As such we welcome you to report any unwanted behaviors to the main Worldlink Medical account as well as emailing information@worldlinkmedical.com.

Worldlink Medical staff has the right to terminate any account with notice at our discretion.
